Cancel Your Order – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Please note: the cost of returning goods is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. See our Return & Refund Policy.

This right refers to goods that have been shipped or received. You can cancel orders that have not been shipped yet by contacting us

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To cancel your order, please fill in all fields below and click Submit Withdrawal Request. You must submit your request within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation by email.

What happens next?

• You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
• We will process your request and contact you within 3 working days.
• If eligible, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. [If your order has not been shipped yet we will refund your order within 3 working days]

Important information

• The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a nominated third party) physically receive the goods.
