Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return and a refund. You do not need a reason to return the items in your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return items in your order without reason within the 14-day return period. If there is no reason for the return (the products are not damaged or faulty or if you received the wrong product), then you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. If your items are damaged or faulty in some other way, then we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are damaged or faulty items in your order we will issue a refund (including the cost of the return shipping) once we have received proof of the damage/fault.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special request orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Sales of digital products are final once the file or download access has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads after delivery, unless there is a technical issue with the file that we cannot resolve. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
